At Canopy, I work with individuals and small groups through breathwork and meditation, coaching, and embodied practices, both in person and online.

Practices to slow down, settle your nervous system, and create space for clarity and insight.
Coaching
One-on-one coaching to support intentional choices, meaningful transitions, and living in closer alignment with your values.
Embodied & Energetic Practices
Yoga, chakra alignment, and other body-based practices that support grounding, integration, and a deeper self-connection.

Seasonal Gatherings & Special Events

 

From time to time, I host small group sessions at the Canopy studio and online, including visioning gatherings, workshops, and reflective circles. These events are designed to create space for insight, connection, and intentional change.
